Fabulous for all hair types and also work great as a body bar! Not only are they easy to use, but there is no plastic bottle to waste. One 2oz bar is approximately equivalent to one bottle of shampoo. We continue to see "organic" bottled shampoos that contain a long list of sulfates, parabens, hydrolyzed wheat or soy proteins, and other chemicals (including hidden formaldehyde, BPA plastic bottles, and more).
NOTE: When first using a shampoo bar, please allow your scalp 1-2 weeks to adjust to the natural pH changes that may occur. Conditioner is not often required. Since this product does not contain detergents that strip the natural coating on your hair, you may wish to do an apple cider vinegar rinse weekly/monthly to prevent build-up, depending on the hardness of your water. Some find no intervention is necessary!
